Vallourec is organizing a seminar on the innovations of EN 10225

The new revision of EN 10225, the delivery standard for sheet metal and hollow sections for offshore steel structures, will be published in July 2019 and enter into force without a transitional period. Many areas in the offshore sector, from design to procurement and manufacturing, are affected.
Vallourec is organizing a seminar on the innovations of EN 10225 in Düsseldorf on July 11 and 12, 2019. The leading manufacturer of hot-finished structural steel hollow sections and experts in the offshore sector has actively supported the standards committee in the redesign of EN 10225 and is sharing its knowledge first hand on. Designers, material specialists, steel constructors, buyers, traders but also newcomers from the offshore construction industry are addressed.

On the second day, the participants have the opportunity to visit the seamless production of pipes and MSH profiles at the Düsseldorf location. In keeping with the international importance of EN 10225, the seminar will be held in English.
