Remote-control solutions provider Allgon appoints Claes Seth as new CTO

Allgon, a leading provider of advanced professional remote-control solutions and wireless communication systems, has announced the appointment of Claes Seth as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This transition comes as Jesper Ribbe, who has been with Tele Radio and Allgon for 17 years, prepares to step down at the end of 2024. Ribbe has played a pivotal role in guiding the technology and R&D departments.

Claes Seth joins Allgon with extensive experience in Research & Development, having held senior positions across various technology sectors. His expertise includes wireless technologies, telecommunications, embedded software and systems, and team leadership.

Claes Seth began his onboarding process in August, with his official start date set for September 4th. Jesper Ribbe will continue in his current role until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.

Additionally, Jonas Anselmby, Chief Product Officer of Allgon AB, will serve as deputy CTO to support the product development process and technology leadership during this transition period.
