Moody’s downgrades Outokumpu’s corporate family rating

Moody’s Investors Service has decided to downgrade Outokumpu’s corporate family rating to B2 from B1 and the probability of default rating to B2-PD from B1-PD. Concurrently Moody’s downgraded the instrument rating of the Group’s senior secured notes due in 2024 to B1 from Ba3. The outlook of all ratings has been changed to stable from negative.
