MEBA presents powerful machines and networked sawing solutions at EMO

With its exhibition program at the EMO in Hanover from 16 to 21 September, Hall 15, Stand F14, MEBA underpins its status: In addition to leading double award winning technology, the company presents a range of powerful straight cut machines for exactly these different users on 130 square meters. integrated in appropriate overall concepts for the efficient sawing process. MEBA also focuses on the different users when it comes to digitization.

MEBA is proud to have prepared itself as a medium-sized family business for many years with courageous projects for the demands of digitization. Under the heading MEBAconnect, the company is already developing smart, meaningful and feasible solutions for networked sawing for all of its customer groups. At the EMO MEBA is part of the "mav industry 4.0 area", a joint project of the VDW and the konradin mediengruppe. In Hall 9, Booth F32, MEBA will be showing together with other decision-makers of production technology in a second exhibition area the already implemented digitization projects, such as the intelligent MEBA control, the highly effective MEBA Teleservice or the MEBA NC server with all its positive effects the sawing process as well as the entire value chain. For the first time at a trade fair and as a novelty in sawing technology, MEBA presents its projects in the area of ​​Internet of Things (IoT). The goal of using IoT services in MEBA metal band saws is to be able to detect machine conditions remotely at an early stage and, as a result, reduce incidents and downtimes to an absolute minimum. No matter if it is a small craft business or a large industrial enterprise - accidents and downtime of the production plants cost a lot of money. Money that can not afford to operate under national and international competitive pressure. Details about the integration of IoT services into MEBA metal band saws will also be given at EMO during presentations.

In particular, handling and transport tasks, in some cases also processing steps, will be automated in the future.
