Kloeckner Metals Corporation acquires Amerinox Processing

Kloeckner Metals Corporation has announced its acquisition of Amerinox Processing, focusing on the Camden, New Jersey location.

Amerinox Processing is a stainless steel and aluminum toll processor known for its comprehensive services, including #8 mirror finish polishing, buffing, and cut-to-length services for sheets and plates.

This acquisition is part of Kloeckner’s ongoing effort to expand its portfolio of higher value-added processing capabilities and services. The Camden location’s proximity to a major port is seen as advantageous for developing and managing competitive global supply chains. Amerinox’s management team will remain in place to ensure a smooth transition for both employees and customers.
