In first 6 months of 2022 compared to first 6 months 2021, shipments of EU SSC decreased by -1,1%.
In same period shipments of EU multi-product & proximity steel stockholding distribution were down by -12,8%.

EU Flat SSC Distribution
In the first 6 months of 2022 compared to the first 6 months 2021, Strip Mill Products shipments decreased by -1,1%, year-on-year, compared with an increase by 0,1% for the first 5 months.
When expressed in days of shipments, stocks at EU SSC reached 79 days in June 2022, compared to 53 days in June 2021.
For June 2022, the index of stock volumes did rise and noted at index 107, to be compared with index 71 in June 2021 (average 2018 = index 100).
EU Multi-Product & Proximity Steel Stockholding Distribution
In the first 6 months of 2022 compared to the first 6 months of 2021, EU27 + UK Multi-Product & Proximity Steel Stockholding Distribution all Steel Products had a negative run registering lower shipments.
As a matter of fact, in the first 6 months of 2022 total shipments decreased by -12,8 %, year-on-year to be compared with -11% for the first 5 months.
