Alleima General Counsel Johanna Kreft to depart for new role at Sandvik

Alleima has announced that Johanna Kreft, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will leave the company later this year to take up a similar position within the Sandvik Group. Kreft has served as a member of the Group Executive Management since 2015 and is expected to depart from Alleima by October 8, 2025.

During her tenure, Kreft played a central role in Alleima’s corporate development, including its separation from Sandvik and subsequent stock exchange listing in 2022.

“I want to thank Johanna for her excellent contributions to Alleima,” said Göran Björkman, President and CEO of Alleima. “She has been instrumental in our spin-off process and a key figure in strengthening our legal operations. Her work has made a lasting impact, and I wish her continued success in her new role.”

Reflecting on her time at Alleima, Kreft expressed appreciation for her experience with the company. “I am very grateful for my time as General Counsel at Alleima and look forward to following the company’s continued development as I begin a new chapter with the Sandvik Group,” she said.

Alleima confirmed that the recruitment process to identify a successor is now underway.
